At Oriven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@orivenstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personal care goods, perishable items, or products marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
